I’m often asked in store, which nipple clamps customers should purchase from my shop, Black Rabbit Premium Leather. Many people are puzzled that some masochists hate flogging but love needles, or hate nipple torture but love being kicked in the balls. The truth is, very few masochists love everything, and it’s really common for some to hate having their nipples squeezed, let alone wear clamps.
However, there are also just as many who can tolerate and completely enjoy very hard core nipple torture. So I don’t want to assume which clamps are best for you personally. I just will lay out the benefits and pitfalls of various nipple toy varities, so you can decide which are best suited for you personally and are the most practical for your use.
Before you buy nipple clamps, have a think about what I’d ask you so you can be fully informed before purchase. I do write my review on each of the nipple clamps, nipple stretchers and nipple weights I sell, but it’s easier for you to go over the info below before you buy.
I’ve made it easy for you by linking from my blog to my store, so you can see exactly what I’m referring to as we sell a lot of different toys for nipples and all nipples are different. Some are huge, some are inverted and some are small.

When asked by customers what they should buy, my first question to them is:
a) are they for pain and do you handle nipple pressure or nipple biting pain in a pleasurable way and have you tried using pegs as a tester and how long do you keep them on for? I like customers to give an example of their pain tolerance when asked this, as what some consider painful, is agonising to others. Pain is always subjective.
b) do you want them adjustable?
c) do you want them to look pretty?
d) did you want vibrating nipple clamps?
e) did you want a chain to join them together?
f) did you want them to have some weight to them?
g) what is your budget?
Keep in mind that vinyl tipped grips hold better, if you are planning on tugging chains. The small tip tweezer clamps come off usually when pulled. To be honest, I’m unsure why people love the tweezer nipple clamps when I just think they are non functional, but I get asked for them all the time.
Many people can’t handle nipple torture, which is not uncommon. If you pop into the store, I’m super friendly and helpful to those who are so totally new to nipple clips, clamps and sex toys that it’s all a little scary. My goal is to help you buy something you’ll love, and that’s quality.
We sell some basic brands and then we have Mister B’s premium nipple clamp range. If you want quality, Mister B is definitely the way to go.
I love bullnose clamps for beginners, Mawa Clamps all types, and our own Black Rabbit nipple clamps as they are all great. Master Series is s cheaper brand made in China that is not that much cheaper than premium Mister B clamps, so you might save $4, but is it really worth it.
What you can’t probably see from looking at the website is the quality of the chain from say Master Series to Mister B. Mister B’s Mawa clamps get up under the nipple and they can be used completely over the nipple and have that real BDSM torturess look about them even though they are not that painful. Just keep in mind that some of the Mawa clamps are adjustable and some are not.
If you are new to nipple clamps I strongly advise getting adjustable nipple clamps.
As a buyer and tester of BDSM and bondage gear I’m up to my 6th set of vibrating nipple clamps and they have all died on me. So I’ll continually get some in every now and then to test, but so far they don’t cut it for Black Rabbit.
