The big question is “How Big Will I Get”? With cock pumping, your girth can increase quite dramatically, but length is more likely to increase by 1.5″. Some guys achieve more with time. The elasticity within the skin your stretching, will determine the end result. Skin is different on different parts of the body and between different people. Hand pump guage readings also differ between body parts.
Stretching skin allows for more blood to enter the area. It’s not unlike a guy getting a hard on. The more blood that enters the area, the bigger the area becomes, however to achieve this, you first need to stretch the skin.
Skin has several layers of thickness. The lowest layer of skin is thicker than the upper layers, and it’s composed of dense irregular connective tissue. This tissue is packed with collagen fibres known for their high tensile strength; and elastin fibres with both stretch-recoil properties. Collagen is naturally layered in a wavy basket weave pattern. If you cut this skin layer, or form micro tears within it from overstretching your ballsack, your body alters the way skin is organised, in an attempt to quickly heal and guard from infection.
It’s easy to understand why skin would react this way to protect us. The important note is just knowing replacement collagen is smaller and more densely packed, as well as knowing the elastin fibres are fragmented and abnormally organised, all resulting in scar tissue, which is much harder to stretch than regular skin. The more you overdo pumping or ball stretching, the more scar tissue you create and the less normal tissue exists for you to stretch.
If I get a cut in an area where I don’t want a scar, I can minimise this risk of scaring, buy cleaning the wound and using spray bandage to seal the wound as skin would, allowing new skin to develop underneath, but protecting the wound from infection.
The key to pumping, ball stretching and stretching piercings is to stretch the skin in a way that results in natural cellular growth versus development of scar tissue. Natural cellular growth has better long term gains.
I always say to people, start off mild and get to know your body a few days after you pump. Sometimes you might get really horny the next day because of all the blood you have drawn to the area.

What to Buy
Firstly, I just want to say that there are many cylinders and hand pumps on the world market. Some cylinders with and without lips on the edges. Some hand pumps with and without guages. Many different styles for different body parts, and then there are many sizes within those styles, because we are not all the same size.
